A Generation of Confusion

America has raised an entire generation of young people who are confused when it comes to making right choices.

  • There are 5 million teen alcoholics in America
  • 1 of 5 teens has gotten drunk
  • 2 of every 3 teens have lied to a parent, teacher or other adult
  • 1 of 3 cheated on an exam
  • 1 of 4 smoked or used other tobacco products
  • 1 of 5 tried to physically hurt someone
  • 1 of 10 has used illegal drugs
  • 1 of 2 teens has engaged in sexual activity
  • Juvenile crime in schools is up 300%.
  • The juvenile murder rate has increased by 329%
  • 1 of 2 say they're confused
  • 3 of 4 say they're looking for answers

And, students are not the only ones struggling with confusion.

75% of pulpits never mention alcohol, a killer which takes 220 thousands lives each year in America. Yet, a search for the words drink, drinking, drunken, drunkenness, drunkard, strong drink, wine, liquor, or liquors in the Bible yields 627 references. How many times must God say something for it to be true?

And, while alcohol is one of our biggest problems, it is only one among many moral issues we face. We need a revival in morals!
